It’s been a minute since I posted a WATL post! I’m afraid that with the insanity that has been my life over the last little while, I didn’t take great notes on these lip products so I won’t have precise wear times, but I will have general wear times and that’s just as good. It is! I promise!

Neutrogena Moisture Smooth Color Stick – Deep Plum

Wear Time: Not all that long, maybe 30-45 minutes. Honestly it’s a product I don’t mind re-applying though.

Comfort: Very! It definitely feels more like a lip balm than anything else.

Scent: Sort of like Koolaid maybe? It’s a pleasant fruity scent. Jell-O! It smells a little like Jell-O!

This is one of the newer shades that is less frosty than the original shades in this line. There isn’t really any noticeable shimmer and this particular shade has pretty good pigmentation.

L’Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick – Doutzen’s Nude

Wear Time: Not good. Maybe 20 minutes tops?

Comfort: Relatively comfortable initially, it’s a light balmy texture. I do have some very mild skin irritation with this product as the day goes on so it probably has some ingredient that doesn’t really agree with me. I searched it on COSDNA and there are several ingredients that could potentially cause a bit of irritation.

Scent: Standard L’Oreal scent, a fruity perfume scent.

I’m not wild about this lipstick. It looks nice enough on, but the wear time is really awful and it’s irritating to boot! I may consider de-stashing this one honestly.

Jordana Modern Matte Lipstick – Matte Classy

Wear Time: I get very good wear time with this product. It will last until lunchtime pretty consistently.

Comfort: It has a slightly thick feeling to it, but it isn’t sticky and it doesn’t suck the life out of my lips. It is a slightly drier texture than when I first purchased it but it is still pretty comfortable for a matte lipstick.

Scent: Vanilla

These are great lipsticks but like I mentioned, this one at least has a slightly less creamy texture than when I first purchased it. It could be going off, but that would be a pretty quick shelf life for a lipstick.

NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil – Bettina

Wear Time: I honestly can’t remember. If it was incredibly short I would remember but it wasn’t a long enough wear time to make an impression.

Comfort: This has a smooth texture but is ever so slightly sticky feeling on the lips. Not enough to be irritating but just enough that you know you have product on your lips.

Scent: I don’t notice any scent.

This is one of those weird lip products that is so middle of the road that it just doesn’t make much of an impression. I have no real feelings on it actually.

L’Oreal Infallible 8Hour leGloss – Bloom

Wear Time: For the full on super plump glossy look, I would say about an hour. But the more muted glossy look last for maybe 2 or three hours. It’s exceptional for a lip gloss but it isn’t 8 hours.

Comfort: When first applied this is one of those glosses that has that cushiony plush feeling to it. It’s on the stickier side but it doesn’t feel uncomfortable to me.

Scent: Perfume/floral

I always forget how much I really love this lip gloss. It’s comfortable, it feels like it’s protecting my lips, it looks great and is just generally an all around win.

MAC Viva Glam Miley Cyrus

Wear Time: I can’t really remember to be honest. It seems like I had to touch up once before lunch but I’m not sure. That also could be due to my paranoia when wearing really bright lipstick.

Comfort: This is an amplified finish and feels really similar to a cremesheen to me.

Scent: Vanilla

I’m digging the brighter lipstick now that my hair is a little darker! I felt like a total rocker chick wearing this shade.
